Policies

  • All artwork is copyright protected by Nikki Thompson/Deconstructed Artichoke Press. Purchase of prints or merchandise does not transfer reproduction rights. Artwork may not be resold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

  • Orders are processed within 7 days. The artist is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit, though they may assist with carrier claims. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses.

  • "All sales are final." No refunds or exchanges are accepted, except in cases of items arriving damaged. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of ordering, before shipping.

  • Full payment is required before items are shipped. All prices are in USD and are subject to change. Customers are responsible for any customs/import taxes for international orders.

Terms of Service

  • All Orders are processed within the week. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, I will contact you via email.

  • Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping method: USPS Parcel Select Ground (usually), Estimated delivery time: 2 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you need a faster delivery, contact Nikki Thompson at info@deconstructedartichokepress.com.

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped.

  • Please contact me if you are ordering from outside the United States. Deconstructed Artichoke Press is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

  • Deconstructed Artichoke Press is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
