Nikki Thompson is coming to Verge from Deconstructed Artichoke Press to teach you all about the art of bookmaking! She has crafted 5 different courses to unlock multiple types of book structures. 📚
You can choose to sign up for the class(es) that speak to you most or sign up for the full series for a discounted rate. All materials are provided by Verge, but you are encouraged to bring collage materials, pictures, stamps, etc. to personalize your book.
When you register for the full series you secure your spot in each of the 5 different classes:
-Variations on the Accordion, Sunday, January 21st 10-1 PM
-Carousel Book, Sunday, January 28th 10-4 PM
-Panorama Book: Accordion with Decorative Panels, Sunday February 18th 10 - 4pm
-Intimate Spaces: A Book of Rooms, Sunday February 25 from 10-4 PM
-Pamphlets and Concertinas: Falling Book Structure, Sunday March 24 from 10 - 4pm
*Please note that in each of these classes, you will be learning the bookmaking process and making a sample book, not a finished project.
